Berlin's Superbooth 2017 has been billed as the "biggest synth event of all time", and countless video reports have been posted online over the past few days of the conference.
One instrument that caught our eye was the Ondomo, a modern day recreation of the Ondes Martenot. The Ondomo was created by inventor Naoyuki Omo in Japan. An initial limited run of 100 instruments has been sold out, but as this video shows, a new model is ramping up for production. The new model of the Ondomo sells for around 2000 Euros.
This great video by Nick from Sonicstate answers several questions, such as the inevitable, "does it have CV outs?"
